This muscular endurance test evaluates your strength and stamina by holding a weight that is 10% of your body weight.

Stand upright with your forearm extended parallel to the ground, holding the weight. The goal is to maintain this position for a minimum of 60 seconds without letting the wrist drop. This practice assesses your core strength and endurance.
