Overview: Based on the eight limbs of Ashtang Yog, Sanatan Kriya aims to restore balance across all realms of existence - physical, emotional, financial, and spiritual. Unique Features:

  • Addresses all layers of being, facilitating change and balance from core to periphery.

  • Encompasses all eight limbs of Ashtang Yog, distinguishing it from other yoga courses that often focus solely on physical postures and breathing techniques.

  • Emphasizes authenticity and purity by eschewing commercialization, in line with the true spirit of yoga as a spiritual discipline.

Workshop Structure:

  1. Introduction to Yog Principles: Understand the foundational principles of yoga, prana (life force), balance, and harmony with nature.

  2. Practical Experiments: Explore indicators of balance/imbalance through practical exercises, gaining insights into one's current state of well-being.

  3. Experience of Prana: Engage in hands-on activities to connect with the pranic layer, learning techniques to monitor and regulate pranic changes over time.

  4. Five-step Sanatan Kriya: Learn and practice a comprehensive sequence of movements and breathwork to harmonize various layers of the body.

  5. Dispelling Myths: Address misconceptions about yoga practices and highlight potential hazards associated with certain exercises and breathing techniques.
